Refund Policy of Rolls Right Driving School

At Rolls Right Driving School, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and understanding of our students regarding our refund policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed.
1. Late Cancellation Or Rescheduling Fees
- All cancellation or rescheduling is done free of charge if requested 24 hours prior to lesson time by text on 604 649 2790
- A late cancellation or rescheduling fee of $30.00 applies for lessons cancelled in less then 24 hours.
- A late cancellation or rescheduling fee of $40.00 for No-Show
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Completed lessons are non-refundable.
- Lessons and packages are non-transferable to other individuals under any circumstances.
3. Refund of Unused Lessons
- For refunds on packages, number of used lessons will be charged as individual lesson prices.
- A 7% processing fee deducted from the remaining balance before the refund is processed.
- Refund requests must be made formally and will be processed in 3-10 business days.
4. Expiration of Packages
- All purchased lessons or packages must be completed within 90 days from the date of booking.
- Incomplete lessons or packages after 90 days are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
5. Special Circumstances
- In cases where the school cancels a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, car troubles, adverse weather conditions)
- The student will be notified and the lesson rescheduled at the student’s convenience, without extra charges.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 3-10 business days
