Privacy Policy

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in lessons at Rolls Right Driving School, students agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Lesson Scheduling and Duration

  • Each in-car lesson will last between 1 hour to 2 hours depending on the selected lessons.
  • Lessons must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Student Responsibilities

  • Students are required to present a valid BC driver’s license at the start of each lesson and must carry it during lessons.
  • Students must adhere to the rules of conduct, avoiding the use of foul language, aggressive, or abusive behavior.
  • Students are expected to be sober and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons.

4. Instructor Responsibilities

  • If an instructor arrives late, the lesson will either commence with the student’s permission or be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Instructors are committed to providing quality, comprehensive driving instruction tailored to each student’s needs.

5. School’s Rights

  • Rolls Right Driving School reserves the right to cancel lessons due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, vehicle issues, weather conditions). Lessons will be rescheduled at the student’s convenience.
  • The school may terminate lessons without a refund if a student is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or engages in unacceptable behavior.

6. Payment Terms

  • Lessons must be paid for in advance.
  • Accepted payment methods include Mastercard, Visa, Interac, E-Transfer, or in-person payments.

7. Use of Vehicle

The driving school vehicle is available for road tests use, for students who complete 6 or more lesson packages, with an additional fee of $180.00 for Burnaby locations and $220.00 for all other locations. Please be aware that passing the Mock Test at least 72 hours before road test guarantees the use of driving school vehicle for road test. If a student fails a Mock Test,  the school reserves the right to refuse the use of driving school vehicle for the road test.
